When I start service with FiberNet, will my telephone number change?
No, you are able to keep your existing number. However, if you choose
you may take a FiberNet number.
Will I be listed in the phone book?
Yes, we offer services similar to your existing phone company, including
unlisted or unpublished services.
Does FiberNet offer Voice Mail Service?
Yes. Voicemail service will allow callers to record a message when
your telephone is busy or goes unanswered.
Does FiberNet offer Directory Assistance and other Operator Services?
Yes. You will continue to dial the same number you always have for
both Operator Services and Directory Assistance.
Does FiberNet offer long distance services?
Yes. FiberNet is able to provide you with both your local and long
distance services.
Will I have to change my present telephone wiring?
No. You are able to keep all the existing wiring just as it is.
Who do I contact if I have questions about adding or changing a service,
repairing an existing service, or billing?
For billing inquiries: Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.,
