Tariff Information Interstate and International rates, terms and conditions The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has mandated that carriers such as FiberNet, LLC (FiberNet) and its affiliated companies may no longer file their rates, terms and conditions for interstate and international telecommunications service with the FCC. Instead, the FCC has ordered that these rates, terms and conditions of service be made available to the public via the Internet. The current rates, terms and conditions governing the provision of interstate and international telecommunications service is being published online by FiberNet and its affiliated companies in order to come into compliance with the FCC's directives. FiberNet and its affiliated companies reserve the right to change the rates, terms and conditions of service at any time. The continued use of FiberNet's interstate and international telecommunications service constitutes agreement to FiberNet's rates, terms and conditions that are in effect at the time said services are utilized.
