Listen and delete messages from any touch-tone phone, decrease or increase the volume or speed of messages you are reviewing, replay the last 10 seconds of the call for important callback information, send messages for delivery at a time or date in the future, retrieve inadvertently deleted messages before you hang up, and many more features.

Lumos Networks enhanced voicemail messaging integrates phone, fax and data messaging into one convenient system, accessible from your Lumos Networks home and wireless phone. Starting at just $6.95, Intelligent Messaging features:

• Faxmail - the ideal solution for travelers to receive a fax into their email.
• Vmail (WAV file) - receive emails with either a copy of the voice message or a fax in a printable format.
• Select from 15, 20 or 40 message boxes to fit your messaging needs.

One Call Voicemail

Lumos Networks wireless and home phone customers can uniquely enhance their services by integrating their voicemail. With this enhancement, Lumos Networks customers can check their messages for their wireless or home phones via one voicemail box. This unique offer is not available from other providers and creates additional value for Lumos Networks customers.
Most home phone customers who have Lumos Networks Unlimited bundle or All-nClusive residential bundles have voicemail included in their service packages. There would be no charge for these customers with qualifying home phone packages. For other customers who have both Lumos Networks home phone and Lumos Networks Wireless, the fee for One Call Voicemail starts at $4.95, the basic cost for voicemail messaging.



The same service is also available for business customers who have both Lumos Networks wireless and business voicemail services (starting at $4.95) from Lumos Networks.
