Bill Payment Options

Over the past couple of months, you might have noticed changes as we introduced our new brand and have transitioned from nTelos to Lumos Networks. With this transition there have been a few minor changes to paying your bill. Kiosks located in the nTelos Wireless retail stores are now for nTelos wireless and will no longer accept payments for your home phone, Internet or TV services. For your convenience, we have numerous ways for you to pay your Lumos Networks bill.

• You can visit www.lumosnetworks.com and pay your bill under My Account. This is an easy and fast way to make a one -time payment, or to set up a reoccurring monthly payment. You can also GO GREEN with choosing the option to go paperless.
• If you would like to make a payment at one of Lumos Networks' store front locations. Please visit us at the following locations.
• Waynesboro - 2704 West Main Street, Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Saturday's 8:00 a.m. - noon.
• Daleville - 1900 Roanoke Rd. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00p.m. and we are closed on Saturday.
• Covington - 342 North Court Avenue, Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and we are closed on Saturday's
• If you would like to pay by phone please call 1-800-320-6144. Please follow the prompts to make a payment or speak to a customer service representative.
• To pay your nTelos Wireless bill you can still visit the kiosk at an nTelos Wireless retail location near you.
