Managed Router Support Service
Managed Routers Support provides an expert, fully-outsourced-to-Lumos Networks solution for managed routers associated with Metro-E and Dedicated Internet products. The service extends equipment, network management and expertise to the customer premises to give end-to-end support. Equipment includes staging, installation, configuration, and maintenance while support provides 24 x 7 Monitoring, Management and Trouble Resolution and direct Access to Networking Experts - with certified know-how. Lumos Networks Managed Routers are designed to improve network performance and availability, increase productivity and enhance efficiency.

Basic Managed Router - Single T-1

• Cisco 2431 or equivalent IAD/router chosen by Lumos Networks
• Includes a single DS1 port for customers purchasing Dedicated Internet over a T-1

Managed Router - 2 T-1's

• Cisco 2431 or equivalent IAD/router chosen by Lumos Networks
• Includes 2 DS1 ports for customers purchasing Dedicated Internet over a T-1.
• Additional T-1 WIC's can be added to accommodate up to 4 T-1's total.

Managed Router - Metro Ethernet

• Cisco 2851 or equivalent router chosen by Lumos Networks
• Includes one WAN and one LAN Ethernet port.
• Initial installation and setup of the router included in pricing.
• Routers to support greater than 100M of Internet Bandwidth will be quoted on an individual case basis.
