NetServe Centrex Standard Package
FiberNet's NetServe Centrex Standard Package includes features that improve your control over costs and expand your ability to manage incoming calls.

Call Forwarding
Transfer incoming calls to another station. Choices include transferring all incoming calls, transferring when the called station is busy, and transferring when the called station isnÕt answered.

3-Way Calling
Quickly & easily conference in two additional people without special lines or operator assistance.

Hunting
Delivers the incoming call to the next available station in the group when the called station is busy.

Call Pickup
Answer calls ringing other phones in the group by dialing a code.

Call Hold
Maintains the connection while employees look up information or seek assistance.

Call Transfer
Transfer calls from one station to another.

Tells you the number from which the external call was placed.

Auto Recall (Internal)
When the called station is busy, the system automatically connects the call when both stations are idle.

Auto Call Back (External)
