NetServe Basic Business
Line Product Overview
The FiberNet NetServe Basic Business Line provides a single
channel (circuit) between your voice and data equipment and the public
switched telephone network. You can use the basic business line with your
existing single-line and multi-line equipment.
NetServe Basic Business Line Standard Features
FiberNet NetServe Basic Business Lines include touchtone
dialing, 900 number blocking, and a choice of hunt features.
* Our service representatives can help you choose the hunt method that
best fits your business:
Regular Hunt
FiberNet delivers the call to the first available line
in your group of lines. Most calls will be directed to the lines at
the top of the list.
Circular
Hunt
FiberNet's telephone switches remember which line last received a call
and delivers the next incoming call to the next available line in your
group. Inbound calls are more evenly distributed across your lines.
* Touchtone dialing is an added cost in some areas.

Line Value Package
With other telephone companies, additional features are billed one at
a time, requiring you to add each feature individually, and most often
at a greater cost. For your convenience, FiberNet has bundled a number
of services together, all at the cost of just one or two features from
other telephone companies. The Value Package assures that more incoming
calls are answered, and adds convenience and functionality to your phone
system:
Call Forwarding/Variable
Forwards all incoming calls to another number.
Call Forwarding/Busy
Automatically forwards calls from a busy line to another number - no
busy signals.
Call Forwarding/No
Answer
Automatically forwards call to a number you specify such as a voice
mail line when a line remains unanswered after a number of specified
rings.
Call Waiting/Cancel
Call Waiting
Alerts you to an incoming call with a special tone if you are talking
with someone else. When you don't want the tone to interrupt an outbound
call, use the keypad or dial to cancel call waiting during that call.
Three-Way Conference
Calling
Teleconference with two other people without special lines, equipment
or operators.
Speed Dial (8 numbers)
Store your choice of eight numbers that can be dialed by pressing one
or two digits.

The Security Package includes:
